NOAA Weather & Tides app good for
If you ever use a radar feature on a weather app to spot storms and time outdoor activities, this the app you MUST have on your phone. Its user friendly and accurate. You just tap on the map to see your location and can see all the weather moving in and make call on whether or not to go for a climb, or a ride or a run. Super helpful and easy to use!
Thank goodness, the NOAA weather app is finally here. If you are a weather snob like me, youve probably been praying for years that NOAA would develop an app. So far I love it! Ill post more when I have had a chance to really explore its capabilities.
Although there are many "weather apps", I have found the NOAA app to be the most accurate. It is especially helpful in its breakdown of the time periods of a day so that I can plan accordingly.
Does a good on of pulling in weather forecasts from the NWS. Radar is a bit confusing I would recommend this app for those interested in NWS forecasts and alerts.

It has all the features Ive been looking for, including the actual NOAA hazardous weather announcements.
Simply the best weather app, works great, allows for pin point forecasts and has real in depth information.
This app gives all the info that the national weather service website gives, all in one place. This includes relevant warnings that you choose, including tsunami, which is important to me because I live about 25 ft above sea level. I dont use the website anymore, Just this app.
